I reserve the right to refuse my services to any and all who find themselves unable to agree the following policies:

 

I will do my best to accommodate your desired appointment time. Due to my very busy schedule, same day appointments are possible, but not guaranteed. 

 

I understand that unanticipated events happen. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, any other therapists working with me, and myself, the following policies are honored. Thank you for your understanding!

 

I will travel to you in the following areas to perform massage: Ojai, Ventura, Oxnard, and Santa Barbara. As I am required to spend my time traveling, the use of my car as well as loading, unloading, set up and break down I do charge more for outcalls. You will find the prices listed on my Rates and Services Page.

 

Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, unless in the case of a true emergency. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half of the full amount of your appointment. If there has been a true emergency, please let me know as soon as you are able to, and the fee will be waived.

 

No-shows
Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled appointment (except in a true emergency) will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged half of the full amount of your missed appointment. 

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled and you will be considered a "no-show." See above for policy on "no-shows." 

 

Please remember:

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

For your comfort as well as mine, please arrive showered and clean for your appointment.

Any inappropriate comments or behaviors will result in your treatment ending immediately & termination of any future service.
